No we did not re-install cPanel nor Apache, nor did we even restart the server. Instead we changed our hostnames as they somehow changed themselves. The site was up, instead only accessible to users who viewed the site using our shared IP address, but who does that nowadays? We have a domain you know! Regards, Adrian Hryniewicki
